I have a theory that every presidential administration becomes a parody of itself in its final year…here is proof.

President Bush was welcoming the 2007 Stanley Cup champion Anaheim Ducks to the White House. He said, “Have you noticed a lot of security around here? It’s because the vice president heard there were some ducks around.”*

Why?
