Finally Moses relays the instructions he has received from God to the people. Then he instructs those who feel led to bring offerings to the craftsmen out of which the Tabernacle materials shall be made. So many people felt led to give that they had to close the donations early because they received too much. Bezalel and Oholiab swing into action building and teaching other how to construct the different elements of the Tabernacle.
When God calls our churches or ministries to build or hire or grow in some way we need to ask our people to fund the change. If it is God’s will , then he has already planned a way to pay for it; if it is not God’s will then we should pray that we do not succeed. We should attempt the impossible, if that is what God is calling us to, and worry about funding as a secondary issue.
